Easter with Family

A little behind still on posting. Easter weekend was so warm and it made for some great family time. The kids enjoyed finding their Easter presents on the front porch. Our Easter bunny has always left things outside for them. This year they got sand box toys to play with outside in their huge sandbox. They have put that to good use already.

Both the little loves can tell their version of the Easter story and Caleb's was really fun when he told it. He really got a kick out of telling everyone that Jesus got "un-dead" and went up in the sky really high. Pretty good. Laney, of course, had a much more detailed version and is to the age where she really thinks on these stories and their meanings.

They loved their wind up toys. Look at Caleb's face...love the morning shock!
Easter weekend we were able to spend a whole afternoon with all of the Floyd family. I could be wrong, but I do believe the entire family was there. That is an Easter miracle in itself to get the whole big bunch all together at once. It was so great to visit and the weather couldn't have been better. Everyone spent most of the day outside enjoying the sunshine. And after a delicious fish dinner, the kids had a great egg hunt. Our kids were thrilled to get to see Baby Ben and Andrew. They always have the best times together. Some scenes from the day...and I didnt get near everyone in these, sorry, the group is just so big now!

Baby Ben and Caleb...they have grown! Last time they were in this swing together they were much smaller

Laney and Drew. STOP. GROWING. ALREADY!
